Run down Snowdon to Pen-y-Pass via the Pyg Track Cycle half way (100+ miles) to the Lake District |
Day 2 | Cycle the rest of the way (100+ miles)to The Lake District (Wast Water) Run over Scafell and into Borrowdale |
Day 3 | Cycle half way to Scotland (100+ miles) |
Day 4 | Cycle the rest of the way (100+ miles) to Fort William |
Day 5 | Run up and down Ben Nevis |
