Day 5 - Pembrokshire Coast Path run
Another long day, 38 miles again and alot of climbing
I initially doubted the ascent and descent and thought it must be in feet not meters but I have checked it several times now and it is correct.
It does not go more than 140m above sea level on this section but it does go down to 20m above sea level or less quite alot.
Nearing the end now, only another 20 to go.
