Training for 3 Peaks, 2 Legs and a Bike 3 Peaks Training

There are two spearate aspects to the training that I needed to do for this

I was confident that I could do the running stages, after all they were quite short but admittedly quite a bit of climbing and more significantly perhaps, the steep descents. I felt that if I could just keep my running training ticking over at a much lower intensity and concentrated on the cycle training then I'd cope with this alright.
