A Journey of a 1000 miles starts with a single step
3 Peaks, 2 Legs and a Bike - 7th June
7 June, Stage 7/8 - 3 Peaks, 2 Legs and a Bike
This was the last 40 miles cycling to the foot of Ben Nevis followed by the run over it.
The cycle ride was harder than 40 miles should have been and the 'run' over Ben Nevis was a walk really, albeit a fast walk up.
